Norma
Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga
I’m a certified yoga teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa, as well as in meditation and various holistic practices. I believe yoga is a deeply personal journey that respects each individual’s unique path and transformation. In Hatha Yoga, I guide students toward self-awareness through mindful movement, helping them gain flexibility, deepen intuition, and achieve full-body relaxation. In Vinyasa Yoga, I lead a meditation in motion, where breath and movement unite to build strength and keep the mind present.

Mary Jane
Pilates Flow & Yin Yoga
I am a certified Pilates Flow instructor through Piloxing. Since 2020, I have earned certifications in six group exercise formats, including Piloxing SSP, Booty+, Barre, Knockout, Pilates Flow, and The Mix. These combine boxing, Pilates, ballet, dance, plyometrics, and more. Piloxing became my passion when I started my health journey, as it brought together many of my favorite exercises. Now, I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in their fitness journey.

Jackie
Chair Yoga
I started practicing yoga in 2020, and it changed my life for the better. Through yoga, I discovered my purpose in this world and decided to become an instructor. After completing a 200-hour training, I began teaching in 2021. Working with seniors and witnessing how their range of movement, balance, and mental health improves through my classes has filled my heart and soul. Being God’s instrument in helping others this way reassures me that I am exactly where I am meant to be.

Elizabeth
Ritmos Latinos
Teaching dance classes has been my passion for the past 15 years. Dance is a powerful form of self-expression that energizes the body and uplifts the mind, enhancing mood and overall well-being. In my classes, you’ll learn a variety of Latin dance techniques that improve coordination, movement, and fluidity, all in a welcoming environment filled with harmony, respect, and the joy of dance.
