The practice fuses traditional yoga with other movement methodologies, such as plyometrics, twerking, hip-hop dance, calisthenics, cardio, hula, and more, all set to a rhythmic beat and music intended to raise your vibration while giving you a physical workout that enables you to step into your personal power.
