Prana Yoga Studio provides all the equipment needed for class at no extra cost, including yoga mats, straps, blankets, bolsters, wheels, blocks, Pilates balls, and rings. Just show up, and you’re ready to begin!


Hatha Yoga

A traditional form of yoga that focuses on slow, mindful asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to cultivate relaxation and balance. Hatha Yoga enhances flexibility, balance, and coordination while easing stress and anxiety, fostering self-discovery and deeper body awareness.

Suitable for all levels, it’s an excellent choice for beginners looking to start their yoga journey.

Morning Flow Hatha Yoga: Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.


Vinyasa Yoga

Movement and breath unite to create a meditation in motion, with poses flowing seamlessly in a fluid sequence. Vinyasa Yoga cultivates balance in both body and mind, enhancing sleep quality, reducing stress, and providing a powerful energy boost.

This class offers a continuous flow of movements to enhance flexibility and overall well-being. We begin with centering breathwork and a gentle warm-up, followed by dynamic sequences guided by intentional breath cues, and conclude with a refreshing cool-down. Suitable for all levels, with modifications available to meet individual needs.

Vinyasa Yoga: Mondays at 7:00 p.m.


Yin Yoga

In this serene practice, each pose is held for several minutes, allowing you to sink deeply into stillness and surrender. As you gently stretch and open your body, you create space for mindfulness and tranquility.

The quiet ambiance, soft lighting, and soothing music enhance your inward journey, helping you connect with your breath and release daily stresses.

Yin Yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.


Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga is a class that connects you with love and compassion. It features challenging postures, purifying pranayamas, and meditation. Through conscious movement and breathing, you’ll find your spiritual path while strengthening your body.

Dharma Yoga: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.


Yoga Flow

Through practicing Asanas (movements and postures) and mindful breathing, you’ll learn to be fully present throughout your entire being.

In this class, you’ll work on developing flexibility, as well as physical, mental, and emotional strength, to achieve overall harmony and start your day in the best possible way.

Yoga Flow: Thursdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m.

Morning Flow Yoga Class: Mondays and Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m.


Restorative Yoga

This class provides a calming environment with soft lighting and gentle music, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and renewal. Using props like blankets and bolsters for support, you’ll move through slow, gentle poses held for longer periods to encourage deep release and stillness.

Meditative elements may be included to help quiet the mind and release stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

Restorative Yoga: Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m.


Chair Yoga in Spanish

A specially designed class for seniors, beginners, and individuals with limited mobility, practiced at a slow pace in a calm and supportive environment. Poses are performed either standing with chair support or seated for added stability. Chair Yoga helps improve balance, flexibility, stability, and joint health while reducing anxiety and promoting mindfulness.

A gentle yet effective way to relax the body and mind while building confidence and balance to help prevent future falls.

Chair Yoga: Thursdays and Fridays at 10:00 a.m.


Buddhi Yoga

This practice fuses traditional yoga with other movement methodologies, such as plyometrics, twerking, hip-hop dance, calisthenics, cardio, hula, and more, all set to a rhythmic beat and music intended to raise your vibration while giving you a physical workout that enables you to step into your personal power.

Designed to optimize your potential, both on and off the mat, it will help you to start living the life that you want, achieved through action, discipline, and consistency.

Buddhi Yoga: Fridays at 6:30 p.m.


Pilates Flow

A dynamic and engaging class that blends the principles of traditional Pilates with smooth, continuous movements. Pilates Flow is a full-body workout designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles, focused on core stability. This practice enhances physical and mental well-being, promoting strength, balance, and mindfulness.

Suitable for all levels, Pilates can be adapted to meet your needs and goals, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
