Your First Yoga Class

Trying something new and different for the first time can feel intimidating and confusing, but here at Prana Yoga Studio, we’re happy to help!

Both yoga and Pilates involve gentle yet dynamic movements, so we recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely.

No need to bring any equipment: we provide everything you need for each Yoga and Pilates class at no extra cost, including yoga mats, straps, blankets, bolsters, wheels, blocks, Pilates balls, and rings. Just show up, and you’re ready to begin!

Hatha Yoga is a great starting point. It focuses on slow, mindful poses and breathing techniques, making it perfect for building a strong foundation.

Yes! Our Pilates Flow class is designed to be adaptable, so beginners can start at their own pace while improving strength, flexibility, and posture.
